At York County Youth Rugby Club, we take a different approach to youth sports. We’re not just building teams — we’re helping kids build themselves. Too often, youth sports focus entirely on winning championships, reaching the “next level,” or securing opportunities for the future. While those goals can be exciting, they can also create pressure that leaves kids burned out, frustrated, or unsure of their place if things don’t go as planned.
